2013 commemorates the 15th year that the company I own, MyCorporation, has been in business supporting entrepreneurship and providing exemplary customer service in the incorporation and LLC formation industry. Having joined MyCorporation in 2003 after being a partner at a Los Angeles-based law firm and several years later transitioning from working within the company to becoming its CEO, I couldn’t be more thrilled to have been involved within this business. It’s a milestone moment for all of us. And it’s certainly a profession that the college version of myself, still a cheerleader dreaming of being a Lakers girl, could never have known was coming.
But even in the midst of celebration, this isn’t the time to use the milestone as an excuse to coast by and assume the company’s success will always be in place to carry on well after 2013 is over. I’m taking some time to reflect instead. On where we came from, where we’re at right now, and where we might be heading next. How the business can continue to give back and help out other small businesses fresh to the game just getting their start. And the lessons I’ve collectively learned over these 15 years, both within this industry and outside of it, in a wide variety of positions ranging from partner to employee to CEO, that I carry with me and continually allow experience to be my teacher with.
1) Stay organized. Make lists and follow through.
2) Give credit where credit is due. Share goals and business successes with your team and call out team members who go above and beyond in their line of work.
3) Treat your employees well. What comes around goes around. They are the first line of communication with your customers – when your employees are happy, you’ll have happier customers.
4) Provide awesome customer service. Your customers will tell a friend about their experience working with you.
5) Be your own business. Be creative and don’t get bogged down comparing your business to and copying the competition. You’ll stand much more thinking outside of your own box than copying others.
6) Differentiate. Find something about your business that makes you different, unique and special. Do more of that and stick to it.
7) Don’t over-hire. Having payroll that is too high is not a good thing, but having employees that are not busy is even worse.
8) Create a positive and collaborative work environment. You may learn far more from your employees than they learn from you so be open to their ideas.
9) Have fun! Don’t take yourself or your business too seriously.
10) Give back. Help other business owners, budding entrepreneurs, and your local community. Give of your experience, time and money.
11) Don’t stop thinking of new ideas. Complacency is the demise of business. Steve Jobs said it best when he said, “stay hungry” – your business should never be full.
12) Focus. Select your core goals and work toward them. Having too many goals and too little focus will yield far fewer results.
13.) Assess your ROI. Spend more on those items that have higher return and cut those that cost more than what they are yielding. If you do not know the ROI on different initiatives, decision making is made that much harder.
14) Be bold. Don’t be afraid to try and fail – many times you will succeed!
15) Always be open to learning. Be willing to receive advice, know that you have room for improvement, but also be selective in the advice upon which you act.
1. You’ve got to have a website or a blog, of course the easiest and most practical Way to Promote Referral Items.
2. With this in place, join various network sites hosting merchants' products/services. There's usually no charge. You join; you get your own referral link code, so that you can send people to the destination with your own code branded into it. This way, the merchant can determine that the sale was originated by you and you earn a commission.
3. Choose from the more popular sites for information and/or hard products or services. Many of the products or services offer very generous commissions.
4. You can also examine the links that appears on the label in this page and join the sites. We have spent the time and put in much effort to create for you something extraordinary! Go to the websites, relax, watch the videos, and get ready...they Can Easily Make you Financially Independent and many more!. You will have more reliable ones as you continue to hang on with http://fortunefair.blogspot.com
5. Once you joined, just do a search in the network company to find your favorite product/service.
6. Grab your code and promotional creative, text, banners, etc.
7. Place the link on your website.
8. Go ahead and promote your website. You should get many visitors to your website in order to be able to get enough sales.
9. Do a review of the product/service of your website and make a recommendation. A very good way is to review products/services and point out their pros and cons and rate them according to their quality.
10. Even better is to have your own experience with that product/service and share it with your visitors.
11. Only a small number of your visitors are likely to follow your advice and buy and this also provided that you've done an honest and good job promoting it.
12. You should take a look from time to time in the stats in your account at the network company to see how you perform. The good thing is that you don't necessarily have to deal with the merchants. You can just join a reliable and reputable network hosting the products/services and doing all the work for you.
